فتوای قتل اقدامی تروریستی است

فتوای قتل، اقدامی تروریستی است.ما امضا کنندگان این پتیشن از سازمان ملل متحد، از مراجع حقوق بشری، از نهادهای مدنی و دولتهای مدرن درخواست داریم که هر فردی را که فتوای کشتن کسی دیگر را صادر میکند به عنوان تروریست بشناسند و تحت تعقیب اینترپل قرار دهند.

سنت فرمان و فتوا برای قتل مخالف‌ها و دگراندیشان پیشینه‌ی دراز درتاریخ اسلام دارد:(فاذاالقیتوم الذین کفرو افضرب الرقاب...هرکجا کافری را دیدید گردنش را بزنید.)(سوره محمد. آیه4). در درازای تاریخ ادیان ،میلیون‌ها انسانی که نمی‌خواسته‌اند دربرابر خواسته‌های پیشوایان سیاسی و معنوی زانوی تسلیم برخاک بگذارند با فتوای آنان ترور شده‌اند. فتوای خمینی برای کشتن سلمان رشدی و کشتار هزاران دگراندیش زندانی، نشانی از اقدامات سیستماتیک تروریستی حکومت او علیه بشریت بوده است. بتازگی چند تن از «مراجع تقلید شیعه» در ایران فتوای کشتن شاهین نجفی - یک خواننده‌ی معترض – را صادر کرده اند و گروهای سازمان یافتۀ حکومتی هم خود را برای اجرای فرمان ترور آماده کرده‌اند. فرق بین کسانیکه به ترورهای سیاسی در جهان دست میزنند با آخوندی که فتوا دهنده و عامل اقدام ترورهای دگراندیشان است درچیست؟ چرا نهادهای ضدتروریستی، مراجع امنیتی و دولت‌مداران غرب از گروه نخست با نام تروریست یاد می کنند و با گروه دوم با مماشات برخورد میکنند؟ فتوای کشتن دگراندیشان از سوی روحانیان مسلمان با اقدامات تروریستی القاعده چه فرقی دارد؟ برخوردهای سطحی و یا اغماض با اینگونه فتواهای اسلامی نمی‌توانند جلوی ترور رسمی با نام دین و «الله» را بگیرد.

شایسته است که سازمان ملل، مراجع حقوق بشری و نهادهای مدنی، هرفردی که فتوای کشتن کسی دیگر را صادر میکند به عنوان تروریست بشناسند و تحت تعقیب اینترپل قرار دهند. وگرنه هر آخوند و مفتی به خود اجازه خواهد داد حکم کشتن این و آن را صادر کند.

تروریسم بین‌المللی، ریشۀ مشترک سیاسی ودینی دارد. نمیتوان تنها با برخورد به مسئولین سیاسی ، تروریسم را درجهان مهار کرد. تا سرچشمۀ ایدئولوژیک فتوا ،برای تروردگراندیشان و دگر دینان خشک نشود، جوی خون کماکان تا آینده‌ی تاریخ جریان خواهد داشت.

Fatwa To Commit Murder Is A Terrorist Act

Fatwa for the murder of dissidents and intellectuals who are opposed to the traditions and notoriously vile activities of Islam has a long history:

“Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks…” Quran 47:4

In the long history of all religions, millions of humans who were not willing to kneel down to their spiritual and religious leaders’ demands have been issued fatwas to be assassinated. Ayatollah Khomeni’s fatwa on Salman Rushdie and the mass murder of tens of thousands of dissidents are and can be considered systematic terrorism against humanity.

Shahin Najafi, a Persian musician songwriter is not famed like Rushdie, yet has been convicted to death by another Ayatollah, again with no due process, for the “sin” of composing a song deemed by the officious Islamic clergy, Ayatollah Golpaygani, as an affront to Shiite Imams. The way these high priest Islamic parasites operate is nothing short of international religious terrorism. They consider it their prerogative to pronounce death sentences on anyone of any nationality anywhere in the world that offends their sensibilities. With their tentacles reaching every corner of the globe, these Islamic Godfathers unleash their lieutenants and soldiers on anyone who dares to in any way challenge their code of murder and mayhem billed as Allah’s sole valid religion for all of humanity.

What are the differences between political terror/assassination, religious terror and fatwas against dissidents, we ask? Why counterterrorism agencies, international authorities and goverments in the West have not and will not approach these individuals or this subject when dealing with this inhuman act of barbarity? Why do they condemn political terrorism when they fail to address fatwa terrorism by appeasing those who issue fatwas against the dissidents? What is the difference between a Muslim cleric's fatwa to kill dissidents and those of Al Qaeda terrorists? The international community must drag Imams, Mullahs and Muftis who engage in these criminal acts to a court of law and after due process meted out their due punishment, in the same way that any criminal is processed by a just and civilized society.

Where do these Islamic clerics get their authority to make life and death pronouncements? They claim it’s from the Quran, for one. A book that was compiled some 1400 years ago by the primitive savages of Arabia and presumed, as Allah’s word-for-word. Free people and nations should not sacrifice their God-given liberty to please the Islamists by muzzling dissenters and even endangering their safety and their lives.

In the final analysis, international terrorism has roots in both a political and religious entity. There is no difference between a Mafia Godfather issuing a death sentence on people who do not toe his line and a turbaned Islamist who masquerades as the authorized agent of Allah to run and ruin peoples’ lives by fiat and political terrorists. All civilized people, governments, NGOs and other international agencies, must condemn both groups.

The civilized free people of the world have paid the ultimate price far too many times in the past and are not likely to shirk their responsibility of fighting off the resurgence of the scourge of Islamism—a cult of intolerance and violence that has shed and continues to shed the blood of far too many people.

Das islamische Todesdekret(Fatwa) ist ein terroristischer Akt 

Der Traditionelle Befehl und das islamische Rechtsgutachten(Fatwa) zur Ermordung von Dissidenten und Andersdenkenden hat eine lange Tradition in der Geschichte der Religionen.(Siehe den Koran,Sure 47 ,Vers 4)

In der langen Geschichte des Islams; Millionen von Menschen,welche die religiösen Forderungen der politisch und religiösen Führer nicht akzeptierten und vor denen nicht niederknien wollten,wurden von den islamischen Gelehrten durch ein islamisches Rechtsgutachten(Fatwa) ermordet.Das islamische Rechtsgutachten (Fatwa) von Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini‏ ( 1902 - 1989 ) zur Ermordung von Salman Rushdie ,einem indisch-britischen Schriftsteller und das Massaker von Tausenden von inhaftierten Dissidenten war

ein Indiz von terroristisch - systematischen Taten von Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini‏s-Regime und ein Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit .Vor kurzem hat einer der schiitischen Geistlichen im Iran,das Todesdekret(Fatwa)

zur Tötung von Shahin Najafi ,einem opponierten Sänger erlassen und das organisierte Terror-Kommando von Seite des islamischen Regimes hat sich für die Durchführung des Terrors vorbereitet .

Worin unterscheiden sie sich voneinander ? Diejenigen,welche politischen Terror in der Welt verüben mit irgendwelchem Geistlichen (Mullah),welcher das Todesdekret(Fatwa) erlässt und die Ursache und der Urheber der Terror-Akte gegen die Andersdenkenden ist .Warum die Anti-Terror-Einheiten,die Sicherheitsbehörden und die westlichen Politiker die erste Gruppe als Terroristen bezeichnen und mit der zweiten Gruppe(Mullahs) schmusen ?

Welchen Unterschied gibt es zwischen

dem islamischen Rechtsgutachten(Fatwa)

zur Ermordung von Andersdenkenden durch die moslemischen Geistlichen(Mullahs) mit terroristischen Akten von al-Qaida ?

Mit solchem oberflächlichen Umgangsstil und oder die Augen verschließen

kann man nicht den offiziellen Terror mit solchen islamischen Rechtsgutachten(Fatwas) im Namen der Religion und Allahs verhindern.

Es ist würdig,dass die Vereinten Nationen, UNO- Menschenrechtsgremien und Zivilgesellschaften denjenigen ,welcher

das islamische Todesdekret(Fatwa) zur Ermordung von irgendwelchem erlässt,ihn als einen Terroristen bezeichnen und durch die Internationale kriminalpolizeiliche Organisation(Interpol) verfolgen.

Andernfalls werden sich jeder Geistliche und Mufti erlauben,das islamische Todesdekret(Fatwa) gegen irgendjemanden zu erlassen.Der internationale Terrorismus hat gemeinsame religiös - politische Wurzel.

Man kann nicht allein mit dem Umgangsstil der politisch Verantwortlichen dem internationalen Terrorismus Einhalt gebieten.Bis die ideologische Quelle des islamischen Rechtsgutachtens(Fatwa) zum Terror der Andersdenkenden und Andersgläubigen nicht beseitigt ist ,wird es nach wie vor bis zur zukünftigen Geschichte Blut fließen.
